Pros

I have been working at Jesta for almost 2 years. I Love the company, they really focus on their employee development , They also refund your IT related to job courses. The company promotes from within , in the last 2 years 70% of the entry level help desk agents were promoted to various roles in the company (programing , marketing , implementation , BI) The employee culture is very open and friendly, they are very open about working from home. With all the smart people here , Jesta is a very good place to start and plan a long-term career.

Cons

Work to family balance can sometimes be challenging to maintain. Differentdepartments have different policy’s for working from home.
