Relaxed atmosphere, vibrant fun office, always something new going on, have a "bring your kids to work day" on Christmas Eve and a fuddle nearly every day just for the fun of it

Cons

Full of managers that just don't need to be there. All of them out for themselves and sucking up to the right people to get what and where they want - most of them have of course failed.... It's hard to get anything done here, even if you put your heart and sole into something, it takes 42 people, 75 meetings and about 10 years for anything to progress, ok, that's an exaggeration, but be warned, it can take weeks for the simplest thing to get signed off
