Very nice and professional people with a lively bright corporate culture. Training provided and many areas of business catered for. Growing company.

Cons

Growth brings challenges. Not all branches enjoy the variety of opportunities and atmosphere afforded to employees at HQ yet but that is changing.

Fairly relaxed, not much work to do

Cons

A lot of pointless managers. Takes ages and 5+ people's input to get little things done. There are loads of these managers trying to justify their position by having endless meetings and discussion. It's quite cushy, but you won't get anything done and will have to suck up to people who have strong opinions about things they don't understand.
