- Culture shift from previous times - Overworked - Underpaid - Lack of progression - Erratic structural changes quite often - 'Boys club' looking after their own with unjust promotions and pay rises - Lack of gratitude to me and my overworked colleagues - Inconsistent treatment to different colleagues - Company is in a bit of a mess, seems to be going down hill at a rapid rate.
