Pros

Jigsaw is a company that provides opportunities to those that put in the work. They provide training and qualifications and put you on the path to success. During my time here the teams have doubled in size due to its success. Internal progression is at the core, building a positive work environment where everyone has a say. Jigsaw are also a very caring company and over the years have supported me with some personal situations. They provided time away and support which was appreciated. Every year there is a summer party with a free bar, hotels and taxi home. Along with a Christmas do, this year we had the whole of Penny Lane. Each month there tends to be pizza, fish and chips or a BBQ for the office, which is always nice! Overall a great place to work.

Cons

Many teams have options to work from home where appropriate, but some official messaging on this from the business would be great. This year we’ve had a few issues with negative people amongst the team, they’ve since left but I believe they are now leaving overly negative reviews, as you may see below. Don’t let these few opinions alter your opinions on Jigsaw, their comments are misleading, judge it for yourself.

Pros

I worked at Jigsaw for more than 5 years, starting in a junior role and progressing through the teams to a senior role. During my time I had a couple of mangers, all of which supported me bother personally and professionally, pushing me to develop my career but supporting that development with training courses and certificates. I have now left Jigsaw for what I can only describe as a dream role, had this opportunity not arisen, I would happily have stayed. I wouldn’t usually leave reviews but in my opinion, some of the comments left on here couldn't be further from the truth so I felt the need to leave a review. My time was mostly spent in services where the management were great, everyone I worked with during my time was given training, career progression and pay rises. I’m vast contrast to some of the comments the management team, both my direct managers and those in the broader company I mixed with, really were people, people. Everyone was approachable and polite and seemingly believed that good people were the answer to running a good business, so supporting them and making sure they were happy appeared to be a priority. As with every business some people came and went, and some people didn’t fit, or couldn’t keep up with change so naturally some bad feeling will exist. Overall this is a great business where I have made friends for live and have a management team I would happily work for again.

Cons

Not all being in the same office had a slightly negative impact on the positive cross-team atmosphere that existed.
