I loved my job at Jigsaw and I worked with some of the best people. Sadly the senior management team are possibly the worst people I have ever met in my life. Roger Whittle and John Hughes are the nicest people you would ever meet and have a great passion for their business. John is very focused on culture and respect which was refreshing to hear when I first started here. Sadly the management below Roger and John are not so respectful. If you don't fit in their "little boys club" or for some reason they find fault with you then you are subject to vile behavior. They are offensive, appointed, rude judgmental and damn right bullies. I have personally witnessed them calling people by their looks, sexuality, size, the list goes on. Sadly it's ignored and they get away with making people miserable. They seem to progress and fail upwards despite being the most unprofessional people I have ever met!!! I have moved on to another business and it's the best move I ever made. I have been taught that a workplace should be a place that you don't dread going to. People are kind and respectful and it's a good atmosphere. My advise would be to avoid this place at all costs as they will never identify bullies and respect peoples feelings.

The company elected to fill themselves with ex-BT senior managers. One was brought in and then he brought in his cronies. Lots of very suspicious 'redundancies' to allow this to happen.
