There are no positives from my experience.

Cons

Poor management. Lack of care for employees. Managers just have meetings all day with no outcome. Incompetent staff are promoted. No care for staffs work/life balance. If you work hard you will get false promises for promotion. 'Benefits' or lack there of. Care more about sales than services.
