Incredibly hard to progress unless you know the right people. Pay is beyond subpar, I was actually working below minimum wage until I informed HR that they needed to bump it up as I'd reached one of the age thresholds... Ignorant management, plenty of cliques where if you're outside this you'll be treated like dirt.

Some really nice people, office was nice to work at. Not overly stressful work schedule, as long as you know your stuff.

Cons

Management are beyond terrible. They have no idea how to manage people and all turn on you once you hand in your notice! They use blackmail to push you out of the business sooner. Some of the management are very nasty people. Also, pay is very poor.
