Pros
Staff - There's a lot of unity through suffering at Jigsaw, some absolutely fantastic people at the very bottom who go through pain day in and day out surviving from underpaying paycheck to underpaying paycheck.
Cons
Pay - Below industry average in almost all fields. Workload - Expected to overwork yourself for no reward Management - Absolutely no care or consideration for workers, HR outright dismissed a health concern I had and upper management view those low down as pawns. Hiring Policy (Or lack thereof) - Unless you're related to somebody else internally then don't expect to win a job, an astounding majority are offered up to individuals regardless of their experience or aptitude.
