Pros

no pros, nothing at all.

Cons

do not waste your time filling out a job application with jim ellis for any position they will have a manager agree to hire you then fire that manager and then have your whole interview re done without notice on the day you are brought in to finish your final paperwork and waste 2 weeks of your time and then stand behind there employee with a nice pat on the back to them and say job well done. find a job elsewhere.

Pros

Some of the staff were really nice and also willing to help each other out when in need.

Cons

Poor pay, pay plans and schedules were always changing in their favor, people came and went very quickly, two of the top managers had affairs together or with employees. The company was supposed to be based on a good ole' Christian faith but I've seen these people rip off more people than I can count. "Bless their hearts."

Pros

Good amount of hours available.

Cons

management isn't very good, no teaching unless you've been there for multiple years.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I’m glad to hear you found the hours to be a positive. I’m sorry to hear that you didn’t feel supported by management or received the level of training you needed—that’s not the experience we want for our team. We know how important strong leadership and development are, especially early on. Your feedback is helpful and something we’ll continue to focus on improving. Thank you, Brooke
