Thank you for your feedback and for being part of the team. I’m glad to hear the pay has felt competitive. I’m sorry the environment has felt high pressure and that the hours have been challenging—that’s important for us to hear. We’re continuing to look at ways to better support our teams and improve balance where we can. If you’re open to sharing more, I’d appreciate the conversation. Thanks again, Brooke

Pros

Free lunch Saturdays Other associates were cool

Cons

Conflicting answers from management Work area was not set up the day I initially started Managers openly talk trash about employees Conflicting pay structures that were not discussed upon starting Will use "that's just part of the business" as an excuse why everything is so unorganized Responsible for transporting vehicles for customers because they do not have transporters

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and for the time you spent with us. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the team around you and some of the small things like lunch on Saturdays—those connections really do matter. I’m sorry to hear about the lack of consistency in communication and the concerns you experienced with management interactions. That’s not the kind of environment we want for our associates, and your feedback around onboarding, pay clarity, and day-one readiness is especially important. We’re always working to improve in these areas, and hearing specifics like this helps us take a closer look at where we may be falling short. If you’re open to it, I’d welcome the chance to learn more about your experience. Thank you again for your honesty, Brooke
