Pros

- It’s easy to make friends and find camaraderie with coworkers who share similar values and goals. - Provides opportunities to gain industry knowledge for those new to the automotive sector.

Cons

- The workplace culture is hostile, particularly for women. - Harassment is a significant issue, often stemming from store-level employees such as technicians and sales managers, creating an unsafe and uncomfortable environment. - Issues of sexism, bigotry, and discrimination are pervasive and largely ignored by management. - Compensation is below industry standards, which adds to the frustration of dealing with a toxic workplace. - Upper management and VPs are focused solely on profits, showing little to no concern for employee well-being or fostering a respectful, inclusive culture. - Complaints about harassment and misconduct are not taken seriously, leaving employees feeling unsupported and undervalued.
