Experience, learning valuable business skills, pay, move up quickly, co-workers, company

Cons

Gotta be quick learner to make it, cause its sometimes to fast pace for one-on-one training. Hours can start and sometimes extend small, with possibility to gain more over time.

Sometimes you have a slight chance at a somewhat reasonable flexible schedule.

Cons

No health benefits of any kind. Gas not paid for. Tips suck. Car wear & tear and maintenance not paid for.

Great ownership Corporate liaisons are effective, but completely fair Good pay system Reasonable policies

Cons

Strict adherence to any personnel rules (ex. No tattoos at all, jeans cannot have even a single fray at the cuff, etc.)
