Pros

It's the most fun i've ever had at a job and the atmosphere is very uplifting. Makes you feel like the people in your store are your family, and when you are feeling down, they're there to uplift you. Costumer service is phenomenal, and everything is super fresh and freaky fast.

Cons

I work about 60 hours a week and only make about $600 a paycheck. I have no life anymore, no friends, and no time for my family. My shifts are usually 11am-1145pm so I spend my entire day there 5 days a week, and don't have the money to show for it. If you are a shift manager who is hourly, you are usually there until 11:45/midnight but you won't get paid after 11 because of some ridiculous rule they came up with. Certain managers can be awful at their job and do everything wrong but nothing will happen to them and they still get pay raises. So what incentive is that for someone to work hard do a great job if I know that I can do practically nothing and keep my job and pay? I'm getting out of this hell hole, and everyone else should stay away from it.

Jimmy Johns= Corporate Greed

Pros

It's a job that anyone can get, as long as they can look presentable.

Cons

Jimmy expects 20% profit from corporate stores. You have to work a minimum of 8 consecutive hours in order to receive a free sandwich with chips and a drink; otherwise you have to pay for anything you want to eat. Delivery drivers are not compensated very well. Also Jimmy has told his managers to NOT hire "Mexicans because they will throw away the unsliced ham then grab it from the trash after work to take home to feed their families"; and that if they have any Mexicans working for them to fire said Mexicans.

Worst company ever

Pros

I would say the schedule, but they hire you for one schedule and then force you to do another, so there are no pros to working for this company.

Cons

Corporate inspection every 6 weeks Upper management that doesn't understand their job is to help you succeed Lies that management tells to hire better people than they deserve Zero work life balance-you're always covering for someone that can't be bothered to show up for work or being forced to go back in to work after leaving for the day to check up on your assistant manager, etc.
