A true teamsmanship. People and genuinely helpful, treat each other with respect, and generally pulling in one direction. Looking forward to work day every morning.

Typical startup struggles. More things to be done than there is time to do.

- People are kind, caring, and genuinely helpful - Driven and experienced developers, a vivid engineering culture - Work is interesting, sometimes quite complex, but fulfilling; you learn a lot by doing

The market conditions have been unkind in 2023, much like they have been for many other companies out there. Still, Jirav has been growing, but at the reduced rate.
