Awesome product, coworkers and remote friendly
Pros
The people are the biggest reason to work at Jirav. Everyone is talented and supportive. The teamwork is everywhere. If you like helping people, the product is fantastic, bringing financial tools to small and medium businesses they have been traditionally priced out of. Jirav is a great place to work remotely. I’ve worked 100% remote since I started, but never felt cutoff or removed from folks in our offices. That’s the difference between a company that embraces remote work and one that grudgingly accepts it.
Cons
It’s a startup. So if you are looking for a defined career path, or are unwilling to jump into tasks you may be new to, it’s probably not the place for you. Things change sometimes daily and you have to be ready to embrace that. Jirav is growing rapidly so you may be getting 2-3 (or more) coworkers a month.
