Pros

Jirav has built a platform that provides innumerable value to finance and accounting professionals at a price point that is unmatched in the industry. The company has a no ego atmosphere and is growing fast. All my colleagues are incredibly smart, hardworking and eager to help me as I ramp up and learn.

Cons

These are not cons, rather they are alignment and interest level items. Jirav is a start up, if you are uncomfortable with rapid growth, moving fast and operating without a restrictive corporate set of guidelines, give us a few years to become a big established company before applying.

Ambitious starting vision and future outlook.

Cons

Was very promising at the beginning, but no longer. They have picked the wrong team and trying to do everything for the cheap. The executive really don't care about their customers.

seeing as how we haven't had any Sales Associates who've left the company nor staff who left in under a year, I'm pretty sure this review is fake/troll.
