No cons. Must be self-motivated, ready to work hard and navigate through rapid growth.

Pros

Business planning is more important than ever and Jirav is one of the only solutions bringing true driver-based financial modeling to small and medium sized businesses. The product is amazing and our customers love it. The team has a wealth of knowledge and experience that you don't find in many startups. I love what we're doing and working with really smart people.

Cons

The company is still learning how to create/define our culture as we grow. Everyone is busy, so you've got to reach out with questions or make it known if anything is blocking you. Not a good environment if you aren't self-motivated, as with most startups.

Pros

Flexibility, room for growth, direct impact to clients and product. Lot of communication internally and functions pretty cohesively. Continues to be in growth mode even during the Covid situation, which is a really good indicator of how great the product is and the need for it in the market.

Cons

There is none so far.
