      Pros

      This was a very good first experience for working from home. the energy in the workspace was positive always, we had 2-3 meetings in one week to share something about our week and how we feel during work, and what to be improved.

      Cons

      The cons working here were that it wasn't really safe to say that you will have the job forever, they might kick you if you didn't do well that month. Also I didn't like that we didn't have a variety of options to offer to certain candidates.
