      Lots of autonomy and ownership at every level. Grit is at the core of our culture where speed and accuracy is critical. We are on mission to make a difference in the world with an under represented workforce which is also the largest workforce in the Nation.

      Cons

      We are flying the plane while building it. Very early stage so processes are ever changing and evolving. If you are wanting structure and sameness this would not be enjoyable.
