- Great customers - The individual contributors I've worked with are excellent people

Cons

- Leadership is pushing hard on AI usage for its own sake, without communicating any broader strategic goals, lacking clear direction on what to automate and why, and encouraging blind token spend without a sustainable plan for the future. - Leadership has halted regular performance reviews (using the AI focus as an excuse) leaving no clear path for career development. - Some leadership lacks fundamental understanding of how LLMs work and why expertise is required to verify code output. - Leadership is looking for "yes men", not knowledgeable collaborators. Dissent is unwelcome, even when it's reasonable, evidence-based, and communicated diplomatically. - RTO was handled poorly in both policy and communication, and the industry evidence that RTO policies are counterproductive has been ignored.
