Hire and fire culture Work from home change was delivered over a Slack video with zero consideration for employees Now expected to be in office Low low pay High expectations and "dangling a carrot" promotions that never materialized Drink the koolaid mentality. If you didn't, you were the problem. Promotions weren't based on performance, based on visibility and likability or cronyism → giving opportunities to friends or close connections rather than based on merit Looks like the company cares more about submitting fake reviews to hide the bad ones then they do actually working on the culture.
