      Work life balance, uncapped commissions, great leadership, freedom to recruit whatever you'd like!

      Cons

      Honestly none, we're always upgrading systems and tools so anything that can be done is/will be!

      -Great management that doesn't hover and trusts your process to get your work done - Excellent support staff to ensure that everything is running smoothly at all times - Investments in technology and partnerships differentiate us from other recruiting firms worldwide - Fellow recruiters are very knowledgeable and are able to help or give advice at any time - AMAZING parties/celebrations for our accomplishments! - Always growing and shooting for excellence in everything we do

      We are growing very quickly so the office gets a bit snug at times, but nothing a bigger office can't solve :)
