Pros

Every other Friday off, I guess?

Cons

They are laying people off rapidly. Not paying out earnings, not paying insurance premiums (entire company went without benefits) - company is bleeding cash due to how much money they spend on parties and trips instead of investing in their people. People that have been here longer know how to game the system - fake emails and candidate profiles in the ATS to claim candidate and client ownership, fake offers and submittals to get activity, it's all a sham. If you have any integrity, this isn't the place for you. Only good reviews here lately are the ones being forced to by management in order for their ranking not to plummet. They will probably keep cutting people for the foreseeable future until the money catches up, and if you aren't in the "in crowd" at Jobot, be very wary. It's going to be a long, long road for them to get back to a reputable company, I do not recommend working here.

Pros

At first it was unbelievable change from traditional Professional Service firms. Such a refreshing feeling. This was back in 2021/22. Good base salary for industry When benefits were active they were incredible. Remote Flexibility Work life balance Everyone was thriving and happy Everything changed half way through 2023.

Cons

When times got tough and the year was not as fruitful, things changed. Close to 30% have been laid-off since December of 2023 and the number climbs daily. However, they are making everything out to be performance. Zero communication, heads up or leadership accountability. Hiring frozen Lack of infrastructure layers Pyramid scheme Benefits dropped for month of November 2023 leaving many in challenging spots. Gross pay-cuts ZERO collaboration Town halls have been poorly communicated- awful reassurance. Toxic environment Bullying in meetings Favoritism No transparency One comment that really stood out when we dropped insurance coverage… “if you made over a million like me, you wouldn’t care about having Insurance”

Pros

The fully paid health insurance. There are some good people there.

Cons

There is nothing here that felt ethical or genuine. They do not practice what they preach. If there ever was a company that embodied the term house of cards... this is it. The CONSTANT and 8 million Linkedin posts every day claiming how great of a place it is to work and "how great they are doing" NEVER HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE ACTUAL JOB THEY ARE THEY TO DO on a daily basis which is to HELP clients and candidates find a solution. If you are employed there and not feeding into the hype of extravagence... you feel out of place and like your job is at risk. I would get a stomach ache when I was constantly directed to take part in INCREDIBLY UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES in order to feel like my job was "safe." I left my former job hoping for brighter pastures..... it made my former agency (which is a well-known place known to be cut throat) look like a saint in the staffing industry. There is nothing genuine about the 5 star reviews they have plastered online all over or on linkedin. I ended up giving my resignation as did any and all new hires that were on the team at the time.
