Pros

The heart for the Jobseeker is a demonstrated value within the team. We are always reminded of the purpose and our purpose as to why we are here. The open communication channel is an opportunity always to be heard.

Cons

At the moment, being more connected to the rest of the team is a posted challenge due to the remote setup. However, remote set up as its pros as well. I will not really consider this as a major con.

Pros

The company's goal and motivation are commendable. As they aid in helping job seekers have an edge with their preferred job.

Cons

Knowing that Jobscan works by being up to date with the current company ATS, the constant trend to improve and innovate is inevitable. And this requires extra effort, patience, and time as we deal with job seekers eager to land their dream jobs.
