      Pros

      - Encouraged to collaborate and knowledge share - My role is 100% remote - No politics - People take ownership of projects - Transparency of work, as we have weekly and biweekly check-ins across all teams - Unlimited PTO (and another pro is that people don't abuse this privilege from what I've seen)

      Cons

      - I can't think of many cons other than not being able to meet people in person (due to the pandemic)
