Jobscan is one of the few tech startups that has a well defined product roadmap. It's on the right path to make job search fun and simple. Sprint cycles are bi-weekly with very little interruption, which is fantastic.

Even customer service has the power to file engineering tickets and request product changes. I've learned 10x more here than my last company. Management has a high bar and works hard. It's not a place to cruise — it is a startup after-all. It resembles Amazon's early days. If you want to grow multiple sets of skills and is willing to take your career to the next level, this is the place. The company provides health, vision, free snacks, work-from-home twice a week, 401K, happy hours, and frequent promotions.
