Pros

Great products, customers and store employees are great.

Cons

New management (senior field leadership and up) have come in and completely changed the culture and employees are now discriminated against, lied about. The new management all has worked together in the past so there is no one to go too when your upper management is doing wrong. It's sad this was a great place just a year ago now just another company ran by a group of people that just gang up on you with the mindset of who are you going to go to?

Pros

Employee discount. Ummmmmmm that's about it but thing thing wants 20 words sooo........crickets, crickets, crickets, crickets, uncomfortable silence, and some more crickets! Finally I reached the goal of 20 words! Thanks for the applause!

Cons

If you miss the catiness and backstabbing of high school and want to deal with it on a disorganized corporate level then this is the job for you! I worked here for 12 years. 😱 It used to be fun to go to work until the companies sales started to drop. Shortly after that, instead of fixing the problems like the decline of quality on our products, they started blaming the retail employees. The more sales decrease the nastier they get. Then they came up with this "revolutionary" bra that was supposed to be the fix all. Well, not so much. It's a subpar bra they retail at $60 when in reality $20 is a fair price. It only holds up for about a month. I love the bra but we live in the real world. The average person can't spend that kind of money on a bra they will have to replace in about a month. I shop at outlets for deals so I would suspect our customers do the same. $60 is not a deal. Now onto an underlying problem, disorganization. Of you enjoy being told to do something one way the being reprimanded for it later then wow! You've struck gold with this company. For example: To run a base schedule (1 open, 2 close) you need about $2000 a week to make a suffient schedule. You're going to get about $1500-1600 a week. So on the off chance you get super busy, you are not going to be prepared. You can't go over payroll unless you want to be ridiculed by a nasty-gram email. However, if you don't out perform traffic, prepare to be talked to like a 3 yr old on the weekly conference call in front of your peers. Its embarrassing and there's nothing you can do. It's a double edged sword. No matter what you do they find a way for it to be wrong. Speaking of conference calls, it's basically a waste of an hour on your busiest task work day of the week. They want answers no one can honestly provide because if you're honest like one manager on the call is you will be told you're negative. No one can back this manager up bc you are in constant fear of getting on your area managers bad side. The area managers don't want the truth. They want you to take responsibility so they can write you up and fired you. This is why the company is getting nowhere. It's not an easy task but if you don't accept responsibility for things you can control then nothing will ever get better. It's a no fault company that will cease to exist someday because no one will accept the truth and do what it takes to make it the awesome company it once was. Another thing to consider is that this company uses bullying as a tactic. If you contact HR about it ecspect to made to look like an idiot. Unfortunately bullying isn't illegal.....yet! They don't have to do a thing to stop it unless it has to do with a protected group. So much like high school, let's say if I don't like you and I'm in a position of authority, just quit because I won't stop until you do and there's not a thing you can do to protect yourself. It's wrong! It's supposed to be a family owned company! Ha!

Pros

Generally very nice people Not overly crazy hours Fun category

Cons

Company will never grow or build a younger customer base until ownership gets out of the way. They only want growth on their terms which are inconsistent with business best practices Scratch beneath the surface on ownerships politics and values and be sure you can live with them Hands are tied all over the place with pre-existing relationships that are not best in class for what they are-the ad agency being a great example Zero transparency on the business health or results. Nor on how bonuses are calculated and paid. No career path. Not even any interest in a remote or hybrid working model despite the pandemic
