JL are great at employing the right people for the right job, this means that all partners are able to work well together and create a great working environment. The benefits of being a partner are countless but include annual bonus, job security, ability to have input into business decisions, great health and well-being care from registrar staff.

Cons

Advancement in the partnership can be sporadic and pay banding for some roles fluctuate across the estate.
