      Pros

      Good benefits (not the best), opportunities to advanced even if one has not received a formal education, and pays for schooling (or so i heard).

      Cons

      The company over spends and then tries to pass on the unbalanced budget by passing it on to its employees by cutting job titles and only hiring per diem.

      The people are wonderful to work with, pay and benefits are competitive. Employee's care about patients and family.

      Cons

      It was once a close knit culture and felt like a large family, the culture is changing to move with the time. It has a more corporate feel. The organization is growing.
