Cons

People and culture there is very deceiving. Lying and sweeping it under the rug seems to be the way to go there. HR especially non existent and a do whatever kinda mentality.

You'll at least make paychecks and sometimes get paid for OT.

Cons

They'll ask people with health conditions to work 10-12 hour days, 5 days a week, with no WFH time or flexibility to manage your health and refuse to negotiate any accommodations. Managers will openly speak negatively about subordinates and will NEVER be held accountable.
