Pros
Great compensation & benefits (except the health insurance), with unlimited sick days, subsidized transportation, and a decent 401k offering. The stability of being backed by Berkshire Hathaway is great, although I heard there were across the board layoffs recently. Overall a phenomenal learning experience, and exposure to a global manufacturing firm. If you're willing to take initiative and want to learn and grow, the possibilities are endless. My managers were amazing and I liked my team, but each group is kind of it's own mini-company. Even the dress code varies by group. That said, corporate is great! Oh and the 'Bring your child to work' day is something else. The activities they put on are incredible, my kids were so sad when they found out I got a new job.
Cons
Huge company, and you will be in a silo. I worked with people for years without meeting them (they worked in the same building), and didn't really even interact that much with the people in my own group. Also, the health insurance is pretty terrible.
