Johns manville at berlin nj not a place to work not safe

The coworkers were friendly we all help each out. line leads and machine operators.

Cons

while working there seen several accident not safe to work there. we got peer safety training but i belive we needed more than that. The management was awful supervisor like certain people if you were the target you are fired. WORKING around that fiber glass was awful itching all day.

Numerous reasons: 1. Great people to work with 2. Great integration of project controls 3. Leadership can be fair and non-bias 4. Good bonus structure 5. 401k matching is nice 6. Very ethical and fair company to work for 7. Very supportive of the work/life balance

Only a few: 1. Some politics exist among the various levels of management 2. Who you know can sometimes move you farther up the ladder than actual capabilities or work ethic 3. Travel can be a high percentage for some roles +50% 4.
