Pros

The job offers overtime so there will never be a year where you make your base pay unless you deny working overtime. It's 48K base if you have no NICET, but it's up from there once you have your certification. However, you may have to leave the company once you get certified to negotiate your pay.

Cons

Our supervisor is great, but the rest of management is par at best. There's a communication problem in the office. They tend to reward their weakest workers and leave their good workers hanging.

Everything else. Management doesn't lead properly. Management is too busy focusing on profits for their bonuses vs giving their field team the tools they need to be successful. Limited hours and TERRIBLE pay/ Raises. a year raise? 50C at most. Go get backflow certs and NICET 2 in sprinkler? you get a 5C raise and a good job. Doesn't matter if you achieve records, Get certifications or even help out in the office on off days. I would not recommend JCI. A billion dollar company and they care only about numbers and taking as much as possible from their customers.
