Pros

Great benefits and management doesn’t bother you.

Cons

Management doesn’t help you, hard to get new tools and equipment, they create an environment where the employees work against each other, salary isn’t great.

Pros

Nice hours able to be home for your kids when needed and nice to be able to go home after you get your jobs done…having a good partner makes days go by quick and painlessly…company vehicle that you can take home is a big pro as well they pad for gas maintenance everything in that regard.

Cons

Office is not good at communicating with customers often times falls flat at any level above inspectors, lack of consistency when it comes to reports and people taking responsibility..management would rather keep bad workers who are lazy than make any attempt to try to hire better help. Company has blatant conflict of interest issues including boss being in charge of his sons department..
