Pros

Doing good things for good people - Doing the right things for the right reasons - Working with others who also work hard and take pride in what we do.

Cons

Vacation allotment could be better - it is not very generous - bigger raises and more often would also be appreciated.

Pros

County tries its best to be a employer of choice makes it in some areas falls short in others. Pay seems to be competitive with good benefits.

Cons

Some times the politics of being a goverment seem to get in the way of the counties goal to be an employer of choice.
