Micromanagement at its finest. Top mgr treated us like peasants and looked right through us. Highly political office and mgmt looking out for themselves and their careers. Stab anyone in the back, walk on them to climb the ladder, gaslight everyone due to their own incompetence. Bullies in the office were never fired even after multiple complaints to HR and investigations (lazy S). Toxic, probably one of the most toxic places. I really believe that management tried to divide our team in order to make sure we were as unhappy as they were. Direct mgmt were children and threatened us as everything was a “firable offense”. All to suck up to top mgmt. Didn’t want us talking to each other and punished anyone if she thought we were. Considered us gossiping about them if they caught us taking quietly (personal conversations we didn’t want everyone to hear and not about anyone at work). Constantly told our team we were doing something wrong just to keep us anxious. Left for way higher pay and self respect.
