The pay and the time off is good. That is about it. If I could afford it I would have walked out week 2

Cons

I do not even know where to start. All I can say is if you want to be micromanaged and controlled then work for wastewater customer service.

The insurance You could take 3 hour lunches no one would care The managers were so scared of loosing their jobs the staff could do what they wanted

Cons

The department managers didn't have a clue about technology Bureaucracy at its worst.
