Most employees are very pleasant, and all are willing to help. Great team environment, low turnover. Benefits package is very good, although general salaries tend to be trailing competitors.

Cons

Training and onboarding is lacking. Would prefer a stricter, more standard training schedule. Some departments disorganized, so discovering how to complete a task can be challenging.
