Pros
Everyone was polite and easy to work with. My bosses were extremely knowledgeable and always willing to explain when the situation was needed. The flexible hours were helpful when trying to work around doctors appointments.
Cons
Not that much room for movement within the process development department. There is a lot of movement among the engineers.
