Pros
4 weeks PTO plus 3 floating holidays. Higher than average pay. Pizza and cake anytime somebody retires. Laid back company. Union work-force. No accountability for your mistakes if you're in the union.
Cons
Poor leadership. No accountability on the union-side. But if you're a corporate employee, you better not make one mistake. Very progressive company. Celebrates Juneteeth, Pride Month, etc., but nothing for Independence Day. Wants to reduce carbon-emissions to 0% by 2040. All about DEI.
