      Proximity to home and the social aspect

      Complete lack of leadership as well as agreed processes and ways of working between departments No progression opportunities - development plans have only recently been introduced and don't work The employees are unmotivated and desperate to leave People either stay in the same position for the rest of their career or leave within 6 months

      An interesting company making products with sustainability benefits Free lunch Good share scheme Overall pretty friendly Some people are really passionate about what they do There is some great talent in the organisation

      Leadership - The top layer of leadership in the organisation is stifling all the good talent beneath them. There is limited room for career development so all of the good people are leaving. I've worked with some incredible people at this organisation - most of whom left due to bad management. It is a real shame as it could be a fantastic place to work if good talent was rewarded.

      Cons

      Lack of career development No training or progression. No training or hands-on experience with instrumentation. Site appearance is dirty needs a vast makeover to look and run more in line with a 21st century company.
