      there is much conflict on interest in all departments,and in not possible to look straight ,when you know how the work and departments function.

      Great people, excellent facilities and freedom to work. Lots of opportunities for initiating new objectives and encouragement from the technical managers. Good work ethics and team work.

      Cons

      Management thrives on gossip,lazy supervisor,hostal environment created by management. Hr rep is not their to help you. Raises suck,3% max you can get a year. No room for advancement
