      good people, decent hours, good benefits. Unstable always risk of redundancy.

      really good people working there. Pay can be good at start. good benefits

      Cons

      Hard to get grading up (pay rise) regardless how hard you work or don't. Always generic pay rise. Used to be really good money, but haven't kept up with inflation etc. Always risk of redundancy last few years too unstable.
