      Easy work, clean and good colega at the work floor

      Cons

      Managment thinks the people like to work for free. Postions for better work are already filled by friends. Higher level managment still work with idea's from beginning of the 1900.

      Leadership - Very poor Growth - No succession planning Office Culture - Not at all like a MNC Employee Welfare - Hardly anything is done for Employee Welfare Senior Management - Sticking to JM since long, so new thoughts...no growth for bottom level...highly paid
