Amazing colleagues, great benefits and facilities.

Cons

Decisions are made by very high level management teams with little interaction with rest of the teams. There was a constant being at risk atmosphere in terms of job security.

Cons

Horrendously mismanaged company when it comes to commercial and capex decisions. Slow progression, too often based on time served over ability. Lots of people in jobs doing busy work.
