Great place with innovative, collaborative, down to earth people. Fantastic renewed Strategy and Vision thanks to new Group leadership including CEO, with a focus on sustainability and Net Zero for society. A great place to work with strong benefits. Good work life balance, and strong ethical values that seem to really be walked and not just "talked" about. Improvements around diversity and a place that is very inclusive values-wise

Standard challenges like in many other large organisations where sometimes processes can be a bit slow, or a bit of siloing between teams, but much improvement has already been made there with closer collaboration and becoming increasingly more innovative and future-looking.
