Small community hospital with hometown appeal. Everyone knows each other and if new they take the time to get to know you.

Cons

Administrative team does not listen to employees. Staff feel under appreciated.

Hospital is very close to home, benefits are average and we have gym that you get a 'discount' on membership. Still more than than other guns in the area.

Cons

Promotions go to outside applicants with the same qualifications as the in house loyal employees have.
