Good benefits , decent hours and co workers

Cons

Staff is overwork and are not appreciated. The manager loves to gossip with employees about other staff members and she live to pass the buck. I’ve never seen her do anything but attend meetings. She don’t have a clue how to do her staff members jobs and is not helpful in anyway form or fashion.
