Pros

You can make decent money here, About 40,000 base + 40,000 in commissions. The end of year bonus is a joke, around 2500 (subtract 40% for the government).

Cons

The schedule is horrendous. You will work long days from 9:30a - 7pm and every weekend with the option to take 1 weekend off per month, The caveat is, if you take your weekend off, your sales numbers will be lower than the rest of the team who doesn't take their weekend off. Management will put you on notice and threaten your job continuously until you just work every weekend and have no life.
